Stray Dogs Report

From many years of experience with stray dogs in Kuwait, we were asked by  some important officials from the local government to prepare a report with our experience on the stray dog situation in Kuwait. We are making this report available to you in order to help shed light on the challenging situation and include our suggestions for the improvement of animal welfare for stray dogs in Kuwait. Please consider sharing this with any person of interest and/or influence.
